Job Summary
Operate and maintain spray equipment, Skidloaders, tractors, mowers, and forklifts while executing processes for accurate and efficient product unloading and delivery. Blend crop protection products per label instructions, read maps, and perform computer-assisted operations. Inspect buildings, grounds, and facility equipment to troubleshoot, perform light maintenance, and complete repairs. Interact with customers, peers, and management to provide exceptional service, pursue continuous improvement, and assist Sales and Agronomy teams with field scouting and chemical mix recommendations. Adhere strictly to safety regulations, OSHA standards, and DOT policies. Requires valid CDL, Commercial Applicator License, and ability to work varied indoor/outdoor conditions including heat, cold, dust, and noise.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/GED or 0-1 year related experience; or combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a CDL
- Commercial Applicator License or ability to obtain license
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- English Proficiency
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respirator
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts
