Job Summary
Perform soil analysis and apply products to treat trees and lawns on residential or commercial properties using hand and powered equipment; educate homeowners on lawn maintenance and landscape care; advise on problems and determine solutions; sell/upsell additional services to grow clientele; maintain strong customer service and safety standards; training provided from day one.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a history of safe driving
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded)
- At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle)
- Committed to safety and the use of all the proper PPE the job requires
- Friendly and dedicated to great customer service
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, work independently, and as part of a crew
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Possess Strong Problem-Solving Abilities
