Applications Technician I, II or III

Applications Technician is a highly skilled role performing tests on specific metrology tools, preparing samples, and understanding tool process flows. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanroom safety, collecting and documenting data, collaborating with project teams, reporting non-conformances, and training/mentoring junior staff. The position involves operating multiple metrology tools, modifying/editing recipes on equipment, troubleshooting processes with Applications Engineers, and contributing to engineering reports. The role supports wafer processing of internal/external demos and service work, with opportunities to develop expertise in metrology and advanced wafer-processing equipment. Education credentials include an Associate’s degree or higher, or equivalent lab testing experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
