Applications Support Sr Analyst - Asst. Vice President

Senior Applications Support Analyst providing technical and business support for Citi applications, including fast issue resolution, improving stability and efficiency, maintaining production systems, handling risk assessments, documentation, and escalation to business and technology teams. Acts as liaison between users/traders and technology groups, mentors junior analysts, participates in releases from development to production, and ensures adherence to SLAs while advising on system design and contingency planning.
