Job Summary
Senior Applications Support Analyst responsible for delivering technical and business support for Citi Applications, ensuring stability, efficient operations, and timely Resolution of issues. role includes start-of-day checks, monitoring, risk reconciliations, developing and maintaining technical documentation, supporting application releases from development to production, coordinating with development and production support, advising/coaching junior analysts, and ensuring adherence to SLAs and governance. Requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in supporting complex applications, and ability to influence decisions across teams. Education includes a bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of experience in application support; candidate should be able to operate with limited supervision and act as SME to stakeholders.
