Job Summary
Applications Support Intmd Analyst provides technical and business support for Citi applications, acts as liaison between users/traders and internal technology groups, participates in disaster recovery testing and application releases, develops and maintains technical support documentation, analyzes applications for risks and security issues, and collaborates with Development teams to prioritize bug fixes and tooling requirements. Requires professional judgment, strong communication skills, and a backbone of experience across application support processes within financial services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
- 4-9 years experience
- Basic knowledge or interest about apps support procedures and concepts
- Knowledge of issue tracking and reporting using tools
