Job Summary
Deliver MRI application training in clinical, classroom, and remote settings while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the equipment lifecycle. Provide ongoing support to customers in Thailand and periodically in ASEAN countries, acting as a subject matter expert and technical liaison to the sales organization. Introduce new product features and imaging techniques, coordinate system training, and solve customer issues including escalations and specialty requests. Develop relationships with key opinion leaders to standardize protocols and support clinical education initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in radiography or radiologic technology
- more than 3 years of MR technical/clinical industry experience
- Demonstrated experience working on MRI systems
- Deep understanding of MR clinical education training and associated process implementation
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging based on audience
- Proficient use of software applications such as, Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Willingness and ability to travel within Thailand and periodically ASEAN countries

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to document, plan, and execute education programs
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and working as part of a dynamic team environment
- Demonstrated experience working on GE Healthcare MRI systems
