Job Summary
Own commercialized products and manage MOC activities while supporting the Commercial group with all technical activities, including customer on-site visits. Lead new product creation from initiation through commercialization by providing trial plans to operations, creating products within the Evolve system, and managing urgent complaint investigations. Compile customer specifications with data analysis, approve investigation reports, and support financial resolution. Produce call reports for key customer meetings using Salesforce. This role involves 25% regional travel with monthly surges potentially exceeding 50%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, science, paper/polymer science, a related process field or equivalent experience
- Understanding of six sigma principles
- Strong technical writing and verbal skills
- Process awareness and assessment capabilities
- Project Management Skills
- Self-governorship and strong time management
- nominally 25% travel (regional) with monthly surges that might exceed 50%
Desired Qualifications
- Operations or operations support background
- Prior field service experience (even if project related)
