Job Summary
Lead a team of Regional Applications Development Engineers, driving onboarding, training, and knowledge scaling through best-known methods and reusable learning materials. Own applications development support during alpha/beta testing, pilot validation, and product deployment while partnering with Engineering teams to define specifications and validate features. Drive development of recipes, methodologies, data analysis tools, and utilities to improve system performance, throughput, and efficiency. Translate customer requirements into application solutions, ensuring alignment between product capability and customer process flows while incorporating field feedback. Provide leadership in resolving complex technical issues, driving root cause analysis, and delivering sustainable solutions with incorporated feedback loops.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- 5+ years of semiconductor or capital equipment experience
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in scanning electron microscopy (SEM) based inspection systems
- Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (lithography, etch, deposition, CMP, etc.)
