Job Summary
Manage the portfolio of applications, leading P1 incidents and overseeing the ESB platform while ensuring GxP regulatory compliance. Lead integration efforts using IBM MQ, manage vendor SLAs, contracts, and SOWs, and take full responsibility for business analysis within the assigned segment. Resolve escalations, incidents, and changes related to these applications, provide technical advice on solution development, and maintain the qualified status of the IBM MQ platform. Create and manage budgets, review vendor contracts, and attend weekly operational meetings with the vendor.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience managing complex enterprise applications
- strong IT background
- expertise in networking
- expertise in security
- expertise in infrastructure
- expertise in software development life cycle (SDLC) processes
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Desired Qualifications
- Pharma regulatory experience (GxP)
