Job Summary
Applications Integration Developer responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integrations and automation across enterprise systems with a focus on Workday Finance, Payroll, and HCM. Role requires hands-on work with ETL processes, SQL development, and automation technologies. Key duties include developing and troubleshooting integrations and automation workflows across enterprise applications using C#, .NET, SQL Server, APIs, ETL tools, and the Microsoft Power Platform; building and supporting Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs); utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and secure authentication; handling data in formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, Excel, and PDF; creating automation via Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows; transforming data and ensuring reliability of integrations; collaborating with cross-functional teams in HR, payroll, finance, and ERP systems; maintaining secure and reliable API integrations. Preferred experience includes Tyler Technologies Incode Financials, Dayforce Payroll integrations, additional ETL/middleware/automation platforms, and Python or other scripting languages for automation.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with SQL Server, including complex queries and stored procedures
- Experience developing integrations using C#, .NET, APIs, and ETL processes
- Hands-on experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs, or related tools)
- Experience with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Power Automate Cloud Flows
- Solid understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and authentication methods
- Experience supporting finance, payroll, HR, or ERP systems
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in technical environments
