Job Summary
Applications Engineer role focused on providing technical subject matter expertise for LV Drives/Motion applications, delivering remote and local application support for sales, customers, and training; coordinating with engineering for project orders; supporting market development and customer specifications; and assisting in design reviews, quotations, and technical marketing materials. Emphasizes hands-on engineering analysis, customer interaction, training, and cross-functional collaboration across development, commercial, and marketing activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, P.Eng.
- 3+ years experience with VFD/Motion or similar industrial automation product applications.
- Ability to read and comprehend schematics, wiring, and one-line diagrams and support and suggest solution upon analysis.
- Practical experience working with LV Drive/Motion products in the field.
- Bi-lingual, English/French speaking, writing is preferred
