Job Summary
Conduct daily operations and safety meetings, including toolbox talks and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA). Maintain equipment and work areas in safe, presentable conditions while monitoring and analyzing data to recommend optimal services and solutions. Perform comprehensive job planning, tool preparation, mobilization, and execution, testing, operating, and maintaining tools according to established procedures. Provide 24-hour availability to respond to customer needs and follow up on equipment failures to contribute to Root Cause Analysis reports. Develop and maintain positive client relationships to ensure repeat business while performing engineering calculations and data interpretation as needed. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 2-5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2 - 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, electronics, pneumatics, and/or hydraulics
- Strong mathematical and basic physics/chemistry knowledge
- Computer proficiency
- Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management and decision-making skills
- Service-oriented mindset with strong quality control focus
- Physical capability to perform required field tasks
- Travel Requirement: Up to 10% domestic and potentially international travel
