Job Summary
Coordinate with Sales and Product teams to prepare superior product demonstrations for customer visits by reviewing machinery functionality, managing showroom layout and maintenance, and ensuring all operating components and materials are ready. Conduct post-demonstration activities including clean-up, returning samples, and documenting feedback. Assist with customer site service and application problem resolution using available resources, and support Web-Ex software demonstrations. Perform set-up, installation, and de-installation of equipment while maintaining safety standards. Complete special projects as requested by the manager.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Engineering or Technical School certificate program (or equivalent industry experience)
- Minimum 3 – 5 years sales or technical experience
- Knowledge of woodworking / panel processing machinery software
- AutoCAD / CAD
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability to changing priorities
- Strong mechanical aptitude skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Exceptionally strong customer service skills
- Self-starter and self-reliant
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Customer sites, as requested (travel by automobile and / or airplane)
