Applications Engineer

Pfannenberg is seeking an Applications Engineer to understand customer needs and translate complex technologies into clear, easy-to-understand communication for non-technical audiences while engaging in detailed technical discussions with engineers. The role supports all phases of the sales process in collaboration with sales, engineering, and operations, develops technical training for sales and channel partners, and leads the creation of technical content for the website and training materials. It includes coordinating with internal teams and external partners, leading competitive benchmarking, preparing technical proposals and system designs for thermal management and signalling solutions, and contributing to cross-functional product development and continuous improvement efforts. The position requires an associate degree in engineering or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of experience in technical support or a sales role; experience with industrial refrigeration, fluid cooling systems, or PLCs, and familiarity with MS Office, Navision, Salesforce, SAP, and LabVIEW are advantageous.
