Job Summary
Applications Engineer – M365 Services responsible for implementing and maintaining the firm's Microsoft 365 platforms and associated legal software applications. The role supports the transition of legacy on-prem apps to M365, administers SharePoint Online, Teams, OneNote, and OneDrive, serves as the SME for M365 platforms, and helps establish service administration protocols, provisioning processes, integration efforts, and security controls. Additional duties include evaluating enhancements and third-party solutions, monitoring Microsoft's roadmap and preparing/updating implementations, and assisting with training materials while ensuring policy compliance and change management. Requires experience in a legal or professional services environment and strong knowledge of M365 administration and related security considerations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in applications engineering in a law firm or professional services organization
- 1+ years of M365 implementation and administration experience, specifically with Teams and SharePoint Online
