Job Summary
Review Requests for Quote and Customer Orders in CRM software while supporting Conflict Minerals Compliance processes. Perform technical reviews of engineering data, verify accuracy, and sort codes according to file system baselines. Initiate and participate in drawing change processes, including Engineering Change Requests and Notices. Create Manufacturing Bill of Materials and Material Data Lists, then store technical data in the PLM database or electronic vaults. Coordinate project documentation with engineering personnel and analyze released engineering change data. Maintain technical baselines, dispose of obsolete files per established schedules, and retrieve drawings or materials for qualified personnel upon request.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related STEM field
- A minimum of 5 - 9 years equivalent combination of technical education and experience in a manufacturing environment with engineering documentation, such as drawings, specifications, bills of material and configuration management
- Working knowledge of relevant engineering applications
- This position must meet export control compliance requirements
- To meet export control compliance requirements, a 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22. C.F.R. §120.15 is required
