Job Summary
Ensure successful long-term deployment and integration of 8tree's AR-enabled surface inspection tools into aerospace and aviation customer workflows. Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal product teams to support hardware and software development lifecycles. Provide system-level troubleshooting and debugging to existing customers while assisting the Business Development team with pre-sales activities like demos and trade shows. Cultivate strong relationships with technical counterparts and engage in engineering activities such as testing and new feature definition. This role requires US citizenship, a bachelor's degree in engineering, and 2-5 years of customer-facing experience, with up to 50% travel. Required Qualifications
- US citizenship
- In-office position
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering (preferably aerospace, electrical, mechanical) or related discipline
- 2-5 years in customer-facing technical role (including internship/co-op equivalent)
- Robust hardware & software debugging skills to resolve technical issues
- Strong computer skills and experience with engineering applications
- Willingness to travel up to ~50%
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with 3D metrology, NDT, or quality inspection systems
- Experience in quality engineering for Aviation-MRO / Aerospace / Wind-Turbine / Automotive industries
