Job Summary
Conduct pre-sales activities by pursuing design opportunities, answering RFQs, and technically qualifying customer requests to ensure quotes meet application needs. Manage post-sales support through troubleshooting, providing technical solution advice, and leading customer-driven hardware and software development. Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare technical seminars, and support RMA and FRB teams by driving root cause investigations. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on roadmap alignment, lead-time queries, and customer site visits. Requires a BSEE or BSCS degree, strong communication skills, and U.S. citizenship with an active DOD security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year engineering degree, BSEE or BSCS
- U.S. Citizenship
- active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment

Desired Qualifications
- Semiconductor and PCB design/debug
- Windows User Interface developer/programmer
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel
- Experience developing applications with Visual Basic 6.0 or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
- Experience developing applications with C/C++
- Experience with MATLAB or other numerical computing environments
- Experience with automation of test and measurement devices such as oscilloscopes, multi-meters, power supplies, data acquisition devices, frame grabbers, etc.
- Experience with PCB tools such as Orcad
