Job Summary
Join DN Solutions as an Applications Engineer specializing in CNC machine tools, where you'll conduct pre-sale activities, provide technical support, and develop cutting demos. This role requires extensive experience in manufacturing environments and proficiency in G&M code programming across various CNC machines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Fanuc controls
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience with G&M codes programming Multi-Task Turning Center and 5 Axis Machining
- 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft suite of products
- Experience with project management tools and lean concepts
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years degree minimum or equivalent experience in a skilled trade related to machine tool technology
- 4 years degree is a PLUS
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Mastercam, Esprit or Hyper Mill
- Minimum 5 years of experience with manual G-code programming and 5-axis programming
- Prior experience with similar product line to SMX, DVF Doosan Machines, BIG PLUS
