Job Summary
Support customers on Onto Innovation AOI 2D & 3D products; travel to customer sites to troubleshoot process integration issues, evaluate product performance, and implement new features. Train customers on system operation and maximize benefits from IBU products. Provide on-site and remote applications support, assist with problem solving for inspection-tool applications, and collaborate with the account team to maximize business opportunities. Requires overseas travel for cross-regional support; Master’s degree preferred with 8+ years AOI experience and strong English communication.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree preferred, will consider experience versus degree
- More than 8 years hands on experience with AOI products
- Good written and verbal communication skills essential
- Ability to work with limited direction and take initiative to solve problems
- Can function in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (TOEIC:700)
