Applications Development Sr Programmer Analyst - TIBCO,

Senior Applications Development Programmer Analyst responsible for participating in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Responsibilities include feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk assessment, applications development, model development, and the design, construction, testing, and implementation of systems to meet business needs. Provide user and operational support, advise on advanced programming solutions, and serve as SME to stakeholders. Requires in-depth knowledge of applications development (e.g., TIBCO, Java, microservices) and ability to work with limited supervision, while ensuring compliance with policies and standards. Requires collaboration with users/clients, technology groups, and project teams; other duties may be assigned. Education: Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience. Preferred qualifications include experience with CI/CD pipelines and Citi/RoD environments.
