Job Summary
Senior Applications Development Programmer Analyst responsible for participating in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Develop enterprise-scale Python-based solutions using FastAPI, collaborate with onshore/offshore teams, implement CI/CD pipelines, and work with Kubernetes in containerized environments. Engage in front-office/Credit Risk technology initiatives, leveraging modern Python development and LLM/RAG architectures to deliver innovative financial services software solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years hands-on Python development
- Experience with Python frameworks (FastAPI)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Kubernetes and containerized platforms
- Experience collaborating with onshore and offshore teams
- Experience with large language models, model context protocol, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture
- Experience in Financial Services industry preferred
