Job Summary
Senior Applications Development leader responsible for driving multiple teams to deliver application systems and programs, overseeing staff performance, hiring and discipline, and shaping the team’s vision and structure. Leads design and development of system architecture, collaborates with end-users and business leaders, ensures adherence to Citi policies and regulatory requirements, maintains disaster recovery plans, and drives strategic initiatives and best practices across the department.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- 8-10+ years of managerial experience
- PMP Certification, MBA
- Experience with financial products
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
