Job Summary
Applications Development Manager with 10+ years of experience in full-stack development. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and frontend frameworks (Angular/React). Build robust backend services, develop responsive frontend interfaces, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship features, write clean and maintainable code, debug across the stack, implement and maintain database schemas/queries, and ensure performance, scalability, and security. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, microservices, ORM (Hibernate/JPA), relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle), message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and modern DevOps/CI-CD tooling (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium), and version control (Git) is required. The role emphasizes leadership responsibilities in a technology-focused environment. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in programming
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular and Node.js
- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with RESTful API design and development
- Knowledge of LoanIQ SDK would be added advantage
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Familiarity with ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA
- Experience with database technologies (Oracle)
- Knowledge of state management libraries
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, etc.)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices
