Job Summary

Write and execute unit tests to validate individual code components, and assist in creating integration tests to evaluate interactions across SFB applications. Implement minor code modifications based on feedback, including adjusting existing code, fixing bugs, and enhancing features. This co-op role pairs students with experienced developers to apply classroom knowledge in real-world projects while learning software development methodologies. Candidates must pursue a relevant undergraduate degree with a 3.0 GPA and possess working knowledge of an object-oriented language, with C# preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing a BS Undergraduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Information System, or Computer Information System
  • Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Working knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to function effectively in the workplace as exhibited through one's integrity, courage to act and communication skills
  • The ability to work with others effectively as exhibited through one's respect for people and commitment to teamwork
  • The ability to meet organizational goals and customer expectations as exhibited through one's accountability for results, commitment to service and initiative
