Job Summary
Gather requirements, configure FASTDS-VS® COTS applications, and manage reference tables and user access permissions. Develop code for change requests, script solutions, and debug software while maintaining source control. Execute application testing, prepare implementation specifications, and provide production support. This role supports both traditional and Agile methodologies within the Atlanta, GA office. A bachelor's degree and two years of SQL and OO development experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate MUST be local to Metro Atlanta
- Candidates must possess a bachelors degree
- 2 years experience with a SQL database
- 2 years experience with OO development (.Net, Java, C#, VB)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Working knowledge of software development methodologies, standards, coding best practices
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer the degree be in the following fields but not required: Computer Science, Computer/Management Information Systems, Mathematics
- Experience with web services
- Familiarity with APIs
- Experience with AWS
- Knowledge of SQL Stored procedures
