Job Summary
The Applications/Design Engineer at RBC Bearings will focus on both the design and application of spherical plain bearings. Responsibilities include working directly with customers to address their application needs, converting customer requirements into bearing designs, and developing new bearing designs as necessary. The role requires participation in DFMEA and PFMEA events, along with developing testing requirements for design validation. Candidates should have experience with SolidWorks and possess strong mechanical aptitude, along with excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specifically Mechanical Engineering, is preferred, along with 3-10 years of relevant experience.

Desired Qualifications
- 3D Modeling experience in SolidWorks (or equivalent)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
