Job Summary
Establish and execute the governance framework and application lifecycle for the Salesforce ecosystem and GTM/CX applications, maintaining compliance with SOX and ITGC standards. Own the project lifecycle for net-new integrations by designing, developing, and deploying system integrations using scalable patterns while administering the Tray.io iPaaS platform. Serve as a key stakeholder for sign-off on data models and flows, ensuring alignment with DAGE and Salesforce Architecture, and lead change management for system updates. Collaborate with Support Specialists to provide hands-on escalation management across the Salesforce environment, handling triage, configuration adjustments, and break/fix requirements. Balance long-term enterprise engineering with daily support requests while translating requirements from GTM, CX, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams into strategic solutions.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of application administration within mid-to-large scale environments (supporting over 500 users), focusing on the oversight of interconnected tool networks
- Deep knowledge of connecting various platforms with Salesforce through common integration methods like Connected Apps, OAuth, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong background in implementing change management, data governance frameworks, and ensuring compliance with audit expectations and SOX/ITGC guidelines
- Practical experience configuring and using integration middleware such as Workato, Mulesoft, or Tray.io
- Skilled at guiding complex technical projects with multi-directional, cross-functional dependencies and fluid priorities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong capacity to clearly convey technical intricacies to non-technical business partners
- Experience in establishing new business functions, operating procedures, or architectural infrastructure from the ground up without relying on existing processes or documentation
- Proven capability to balance long-term enterprise engineering and platform governance alongside daily support requests
- Possession of certifications like Salesforce Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Architect
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity managing SaaS tools including Gong, Outreach, Marketo, Clari etc.
