Job Summary
Applications Analyst responsible for managing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Stratolaunch's suite of enterprise applications across flight operations, business, engineering and production teams. The role balances hands-on system administration with business process optimization, acting as the primary point of contact for application configurations, user access, and ongoing support, while leading or supporting new system implementations, re-implementations, and process migrations. Responsibilities include defining technical requirements, optimizing business processes, and ensuring data governance to align digital tools with strategic needs. Core duties include system administration and configuration, change management for new software deployments, workflow analysis and optimization, user support and troubleshooting, system maintenance and testing, and training/documentation for end-users.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as an Application Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar hybrid technical-functional role
- Hands on experience administering and supporting JIRA and/or CostPoint
- Proven track record of leading new implementation or re-implementation projects
- Strong understanding of user provisioning, permission and security profiles
- Excellent organizational, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in hybrid technical-functional Application/Systems Analysis
- Experience administering and supporting JIRA and/or CostPoint
- Proven track record leading new implementations or re-implementations
- Strong user provisioning, permissions, and security profiles knowledge
- Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with ERP/MRO/MES/PDM/PLM environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with ITAR, ISO27001, NIST, FAR regulations (preferred)
