Job Summary
Analyst I role focused on analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment, and support of IT resources, including software applications and data processing. Responsibilities include proactive problem solving, providing analytical/technical support for IS2 tickets across a range of applications, daily operations/upgrade support, assisting customers with implementation and issue resolution, and cross-group collaboration to facilitate communication and results. Required to reside in Colorado and work a hybrid schedule with two in-office days per week in Denver.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years experience supporting business applications
- Hybrid in-office requirement (2 days/week) in Denver, CO
- Knowledge of health care IT systems and tools listed in job description (Globalscape/EFT, SFTP, QNXT, Health Edge, Smartsheet, Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to handle tickets and provide technical support across applications
