Applications Analyst

Job Summary
Create and maintain application-related operational reports and ensure stable operation of enterprise solutions including Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Advanced Warehousing, Retail (POS), Shopify, and the Power Platform. Act as the primary point of contact for application-related incidents, service requests, and user inquiries, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues while coordinating with internal IT teams, vendors, and system integrators to meet agreed SLAs. Execute disaster recovery actions, deploy changes using automated CI/CD processes, and lead workshops with stakeholders to define development agendas and translate business needs into functional specifications. Provide L2/L3 functional support, configure applications, and deliver training to end users to improve adoption and effective system usage.
Required Qualifications
- Resourcefulness and flexibility to work outside of core business hours when required
- Experience supporting day-to-day operations, configurations, and business process alignment
- Strong functional knowledge in one or more areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, or Operations
- Understanding of security roles, workflows, master data, and reporting
- Ability to troubleshoot storefront, order flow, and data synchronization/integration issues
- Understanding of data sources, security, and governance within the Power Platform ecosystem
- Experience supporting integrations using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms
- Ability to analyse end-to-end business processes across multiple systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills for data, interface, and timing-related integration issues
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities across support and project-related activities
