Job Summary
Configure, maintain, and enhance the OneNet platform (portals, forms, dashboards, and user interfaces) and design workflow automation using SharePoint and Power Automate to support business processes, approvals, notifications, and case management. Configure document libraries, metadata, and secure document management with RBAC. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions and application enhancements. Support testing, production deployments, defect resolution, and ongoing maintenance. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data integration, reporting, and an optimized user experience while recommending continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Five (5)+ years of experience developing enterprise applications, workflow automation, or business systems
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and enterprise collaboration platforms
- Experience designing workflow-driven applications, forms, and document management solutions
- Experience with Drupal CMS or similar enterprise content management systems
- Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Automate
- Role-based security, permissions, and document management
- HTML/CSS and web-based application configuration
- User acceptance testing (UAT) and translating business requirements into technical solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Federal Government or OneNet environments.
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Power Apps, or Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
- Agile/Scrum development experience.
- Experience integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions.
- Experience supporting OneNet or federal intranet environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Experience developing Microsoft Power Apps solutions.
- Experience with Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
