Job Summary
Application Test Engineer (OCI) at JTEC Consulting LLC — Senior-level role focusing on application and test engineering for OCI-based solutions. Responsibilities include Tier 2/3 support, data-technology component design/build, application testing, VDI client tooling, load-balancing configuration, and maintaining licenses within a DoD-focused, Secret-cleared environment. Requires extensive experience with Linux/Windows, Oracle Identity Suite integration, SAML/SSO authentication, API troubleshooting, VMware VDI/Horizon, and a suite of testing tools (UFT, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, ReadyAPI), plus DoD-8570-aligned Security+ certification. US citizenship, current Secret clearance, and a Bachelor’s degree are required. Remote work allowed from a US-based location; salary range posted as estimates per position requirements.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship; no dual citizenship
- Current secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Current Security+ certification or equivalent to meet DoD 8570
- 7+ years of related experience in application support and testing
- Experience with Linux and Windows environments
- Experience with Oracle Identity Suite and integration with Oracle EBS
- Experience with SAML/SSO authentication
- Experience with API troubleshooting at Tier 2+
- Experience with VMware VDI/Horizon
- Experience with Windows Server Administration
- Experience with ALM Octane, UFT, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, ReadyAPI
- Experience with CyberArk
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to work in a blended government/contractor team environment
