Job Summary
Adhere to business compliance requirements and organization's EH&S codes while owning expertise in chemicals and equipment for Adv MLB/HDI Electroplating copper processes. Work closely with the Technology and commercial teams to support product development, application extension, and high-level technical service including new product promotion, installation, and critical troubleshooting. Interface with key customers, strategic business partners, and equipment partners to enhance partnerships and deliver technology solutions. Undertake additional projects by agreement with the line leader and leverage efficient expertise to expand Qnity products across different process and equipment allocations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in EP copper processes within printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in product & application development, mass-production equipment expertise and field technical service for IC substrate or Adv MLB/HDI Electroplating copper process is definitely an advantage
- Data-driven review and process standardization
- Summarize test-case data, complete project reviews and formulate preventive measures is a strong plus
- Mature, well organized, a team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-initiative, multi-tasking and be able to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills and leadership qualities enabling him to communicate with a wide range of people internal and external
