Job Summary
Technical Application Technician at Axalta in Wellingborough responsible for preparing and delivering hands-on demonstrations, setting up, testing, and maintaining laboratory/workshop equipment, ensuring health and safety compliance, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting during practical sessions, supporting the development of teaching materials, and maintaining inventory and supplies. Requires practical experience with technical equipment or lab environments, a hands-on, detail-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences; experience supporting teaching, learning or training activities is desirable.
