Job Summary
Administer, maintain, and support enterprise-scale Zabbix monitoring environments across Windows, Linux, network, database, application, and cloud platforms. Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Zabbix Servers, Proxies, Agents, and Frontend components while developing reusable templates, discovery rules, dashboards, and alerting mechanisms. Create automation scripts using Python and Shell, manage API integrations, and resolve performance, alerting, and data collection issues. Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Application teams to implement solutions and participate in customer discussions and service improvement initiatives. Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation for business-critical environments operating in a 24x7 support model.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Equivalent practical experience will also be considered
