Job Summary
Design, implement, and support Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) solutions, including Panorama for centralized administration and Prisma Access for cloud identity integration. Configure security policies, NAT, and SSL decryption while managing subscriptions and performing software upgrades. Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, and performance issues using logs and packet captures, then execute firewall migrations from legacy vendors. Lead implementation bridges, prepare rollback procedures, and support major incident resolution following ITIL processes. Collaborate with application, cloud, and network teams to ensure minimal business impact during complex enterprise deployments.

- 5–10 years of network security experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto NGFW
- Experience with Panorama administration in large enterprise environments
- Experience implementing Prisma Access for remote users and branch connectivity
- Experience working in complex global environments supporting multiple business units, data centers, and cloud platforms
- Exposure to change management, major incident handling, and implementation governance
