Job Summary
Lead teams delivering end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery to ensure operational stability, availability, and performance of production services. Responsibilities include monitoring production environments, addressing anomalies, escalating and communicating issues to business and technology stakeholders, and leading incident, problem, and change management across full stack systems. Requires 5+ years of IT services experience, strong leadership of technologists, programming proficiency (Python, Java, Spring Boot, .Net), CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform), experience with on-prem and cloud environments, observability/monitoring expertise, and ITIL processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- Strong experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technological issues at a firmwide level
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Spring Boot, .Net)
- Proficiency in continuous integration and continuous delivery tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform)
- Experience managing applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
- Proficient in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
- Experience executing on processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
