Job Summary
Application Support Technicians needed to deliver frontline, empathetic software support for ERP-based products in a swarm-collaboration environment. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving customer issues via email, phone, or live chat; collaborating within a swarm to share knowledge and improve service delivery; maintaining product expertise on ERP functionality and releases; cross-functional coordination to address defects and enhancement requests; and timely follow-up with customers. Preferred qualifications include experience with Windows OS, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), RESTful APIs/SOAP, TCP/IP/DNS/HTTP, Office 365, database management, and understanding of ERP and accounting systems. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 4 years of direct, relevant work experience is required. Remote US location supported; ITAR considerations noted. This role emphasizes customer-centric problem solving, internal collaboration, and enduring commitment to exceptional customer experiences.
