Job Summary
Application Support Specialist (Remote) provides technical support and troubleshooting for mobile applications on Android and Apple devices, with remote support for hearing aid devices (preferred). Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving issues reported via tickets or calls, guiding end-users, escalating unresolved problems, managing and prioritizing tickets to meet SLAs, and leveraging commission opportunities through successful cross-selling or upselling of support packages. Requires 2-3 years of experience in application support or mobile app troubleshooting, proficiency with Android and iOS devices, strong problem-solving, and solid communication skills. Fully remote position in the United States with benefits including health coverage and PTO.
