Job Summary
Provide Application Support at a junior level in Washington, DC. Responsibilities include preparing and editing technical material (operational manuals, software/system documentation, and other technical publications), coordinating efforts of technical artists/editors/writers for internal/external distribution, conducting technical research, assisting customers with application problems, configuring online meetings (MS Teams/Zoom a plus), and performing administrative duties to support the Division Manager. Emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining professional communication, and quickly learning new technologies related to infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- AA/AS in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience
- US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US; conditional government clearance if offered
- Verification of past employment, education and references required; must be US citizen or current green card holder with last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US
