Required Qualifications

- Participation in some process improvements
- Knowledge/ experience of problem Management Tools
- Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of financial markets and products
- Ability to plan and organize workload
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and autonomy
- Knowledge of issue tracking and reporting tools
- Ability to liaise between users/traders and technology groups
- Experience with risk assessment and security considerations
