Job Summary
Support core applications within Shawbrook to ensure optimal performance, reliability, robustness, and security. Provide operational end-user support for Shawbrook and subsidiaries, driving efficiency and maintaining system stability. Engage with technology leads in data, corporate technology, and information security, alongside program, project, and delivery managers, as well as key business stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field required, with proven experience in application support within the banking or financial industry. AWS/Azure cloud experience preferred. Full-time role with a minimum of 27 days holiday per year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, a related field or proven professional experience (preferred)
- Proven experience in application support or technical support within the banking or financial industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with banking regulations and compliance requirements
- AWS/Azure cloud experience
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
