Job Summary
Application Support Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience. Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end ServiceNow deployment activities across dev, test, and production environments; manage update sets, migrations, and conflict resolution; proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, Script Include, Client Script, Scheduled Jobs, UI Actions) and ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB). Hands-on with REST/SOAP API integrations and Integration Hub; able to manage upgrades/patches/update sets; familiar with Agile/Scrum. Responsibilities include independent SME work, collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering requirements, translating to technical specs, thorough testing and debugging for optimal performance and user experience. Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills; awareness of ITIL processes and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow and ServiceNow CMDB
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations
- Strong understanding of scripting and integration of ServiceNow with other platforms/tools
- Experience with Scripting and integration of ServiceNow with other platforms and tools
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
- 15 years full time education (as stated in the posting)
- Based at Bengaluru office
