Job Summary
Application Support Engineer responsible for investigating and resolving issues across multiple components of essential business systems. Act as a software detective with a focus on automation in application maintenance, delivering proactive monitoring and timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance. Lead and mentor team members, collaborate with diverse teams to drive cross-functional decisions, streamline processes, and improve system efficiency. Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, manages root-cause analyses, and communicates technical information clearly to stakeholders while supporting critical business applications in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Automation in Application Maintenance
- 15 years full-time education
- Based at Hyderabad/Bengaluru office
- Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance
- Strong problem-solving abilities and root-cause analysis
- Experience in managing and supporting critical business applications in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
