Job Summary
Act as a Subject-MMatter Expert in Application Support Engineering to troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems. Collaborate with multiple teams to diagnose root causes, analyze system performance, and implement solutions for incident management and ongoing reliability. Must have hands-on experience with Solarwinds Administration, robust network monitoring, and application performance monitoring tools; capable of analyzing logs and metrics to optimize performance and prevent outages. Based at the Pune office, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to stakeholders and driving continuous process improvements across IT operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 year(s) of experience in Solarwinds Administration
- Proficiency in Solarwinds Administration
- Strong understanding of network monitoring and management
- Experience with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies
- Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics for performance optimization
- Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education
