Job Summary
Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex software problems, with Proactive monitoring and maintenance to enhance efficiency and reliability. Must be SME, lead and manage teams, participate in key decisions, and develop and implement best practices for application support and maintenance. Strong proficiency in Netapp NAS Administration, understanding of network protocols, experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues, and ability to document processes and create user guides. Based at Bengaluru, 15 years of full-time education required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Netapp NAS Administration
- Proficiency in Netapp NAS Administration
- Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education
- Based at Bengaluru office
