Job Summary
Investigate and resolve issues across various components of essential business systems, acting as a subject matter expert to collaborate with multiple teams on key decisions. Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize system problems and provide solutions for immediate and cross-team needs. Mentor junior members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities while monitoring performance to recommend improvements and prevent future disruptions. Requires minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and a proactive approach to maintaining system stability. Based in the Hyderabad office.
