Job Summary
Support and maintain FAM Loftware and SAP EHS GLM solutions used across global manufacturing operations. Analyze and resolve application defects, incidents, and user-reported issues while participating in system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives. Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure adherence to change management and compliance procedures. Contribute to documentation, knowledge management, and operational excellence activities. Requires 4–7 years of IT experience, familiarity with Loftware and SAP EHS GLM, and understanding of regulatory labeling requirements within Life Sciences organizations. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Pharmacy, or equivalent.

- 15 years full time education
- 4–7 years of IT experience
- Experience working with Loftware and SAP EHS GLM solutions
- Understanding of regulatory labeling requirements within Life Sciences organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Pharmacy, or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment
